Dr. Tammie Hodge​​​​​​​

Veterinarian, Owner​​​​​​​

Dr. Hodge graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 and completed a medical and surgical internship with Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners in 2002. As a general practitioner with over 14 years experience, Dr. Hodge has treated various conditions. Her style of patient care is through bonding with pets, listening to owner's concerns, and treating every patient as if it were her own.

In September 2014 Dr. Hodge followed her dream by designing and opening River Mill Animal Hospital, where exceptional client experience and patient care is top priority. In the veterinary field, her special interests are dermatology and senior wellness care for pets. Nothing can be more gratifying than giving a client more time with their senior pet through preventative health care.

Dr. Hodge's personal interests are in sports and the outdoors. She is a huge football fan. On Saturdays, you will find her cheering for the Gators, while on Sundays setting her fantasy football line up and watching all the games. Dr. Hodge also enjoys kickboxing and road cycling. She has three dogs Kaulder, Sierra, and Sydney where historically all her pets have been named with the letter S.

Kim Tisdale​​​​​​​

Kim who started as a receptionist and worked her way up to technician has been in the veterinary field for 11 years. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and going to Tampa Bay Rays games. She has 3 dogs, Tred, Tyson, and Dixie, and 2 cats, Bear and Steve at home. On her day off you can find her with her daughter at the local archery shop near where she lives. Kim has a passion for all animals and has a special interest in physical therapy for dogs and cats.
